Bryant O’Leary

Bryant is excited to come to Brio and sweat with you! He has always loved being active from his days a child palyrin soccer to present day where he enjoys hiking peaks across the globe. 

He has spent the last 5 years building his academic knowledge of physical activity. His background is focused on activity throughout the lifespan and strength training. Bryant is ready to help other build their own knowledge and looks forward to sharing his love of physical activity with you. 

Colleen Smith

Colleen is excited to help people improve quality of life through functional fitness. She is passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves through health, fitness and having FUN. She believe’s that staying active is the fountain of youth and by creating healthy, sustainable habits we make health and wellness a lifelong journey.

Her favorite things to do are spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, taking walks with her dad, going for a run, hike, or coffee with friends.

Emily Linton

Emily has a passion to explore the wilderness. This led her to the National Outdoor Leadership School. Emily spent 6 years as a guide leading multi-day expeditions, backpacking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, and canoeing. 

Eventually, she landed in Missoula, MT where she took up trail running and mountain biking as a means to explore. She has competed in numerous endurance events and she is dedicated to the training it takes to be strong in the mountains. She is a certified personal trainer, Pilates Intermediate Mat teacher, and holds a pre & postpartum specialization. 

Lizzie Dolan

Lizzie Dolan has been teaching group fitness in Missoula since 2011. Since then she has had an incredibly successful career including the creation of her business, LizFit LLC. in the summer of 2015. Lizzie is certified in Personal Training, Oula, PiYo, Booty Barre and Les Mills Grit, to name a few. 

When she is not teaching classes or training clients she can be found judging gymnastics, playing board games, “reading” books on Audible, watching movies and spending time with her boyfriend and biggest supporter, Donovan.  

Courtney Babcock

Courtney Babcock, former Olympic and pro runner has turned her talents and passion into a thriving fitness coaching business, helping women run faster, feel stronger and build confidence. Prior to founding Key Fitness, she spent 10 years coaching runners, including five years at the University of Montana as Head Cross Country and Assistant Track Coach.
 

She and her husband Miles have two boys and just returned from a semester long family sabbatical in Valencia, Spain.
