Bristol has a bachelors degree in community health as well as certifications in health coaching, TRX and personal training. Her goal is to help her clients become happier, healthier, and improve overall wellness through movement.
Bristol uses, fun unique combination exercises to help her clients train multiple muscle groups at once, improve heart health and make the most of their workout.
Her positive energy and health knowledge has helped multiple clients lose weight, recover from injury, and increase flexibility and balance.
Karlee has always had a love for the health and fitness industry and is excited to be a part of the Brio Fitness team.
Over the years she has been an active member of different gyms throughout the Missoula area and is excited for the opportunities and the atmosphere that Brio Fitness has to offer.
She has a background in various fields of dance and it was the active lifestyle of dancing that sparked her love for physical health and wellness.
Kyra is currently attending the University of Montana in Missoula. She is working towards completing her major in organizational communication studies.
While attending the university she is also a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Kyra is coming to Brio Fitness with a positive upbeat attitude and is excited to work with all of our members and be part of such a growing positive gym atmosphere within the Missoula community.
Tina is currently in her junior year attending the University of Montana. During that time she has spent her time studying Journalism and Media Art in which she plans to major. She is also an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority on campus.
In her spare time Tina’s favorite hobbies include watching movies and baking delicious treats for all of her friends. Tina enjoys working with people and is very excited to join the Brio Fitness family!
